AT WHAT TIME DOES THE TICKET OFFICE CLOSE?


Thursday – 11 PM Friday- 12AM Saturday – 12AM




WHAT CAN I DO IF I CAN’T FIND MY TICKETS IN MY EMAIL?


Don’t panic. Take the time to look through your « junk » mail. If your tickets are nowhere, please contact us via info@lacuvee.ca and our team will be happy to help you.




DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKETS?


You are not obligated to print your tickets. However, if your tickets are electronic, make sure your phone is fully charge ☺




IF I ALREADY HAVE A LAST YEAR’S GLASS, CAN I BRING IT?


Sure! You’ll pay only for the admission and the reusable plastic cup. Up to you to take that glass offered with your admission or not at the event.




CAN I BRING MY OWN GLASS?


Unfortunately, no. For logistical reasons, the glasses accepted are only those included in your admission. We remind you that you can always bring your glass from previous edition.




WILL I BE ABLE TO DRINK BEER AT GIN-GIN THURSDAY?


All of the exhibitors will be there on Thursday night. It is certainly a nice opportunity to discover more about the gin distilleries from all over the province, but if you’re all about the beers, no worries, the microbreweries will wait for you with arms wide opened!




WILL THE GIN-GIN THURSDAY DISTILLERIES BE PRESENT ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY?


No. Quebec distilleries will only be present during Gin-Gin Thursday. They will present their gin and offer their cocktails especially for the event. Buy your entrance for Thursday night and your Gin-Gin passport if you want to take advantage of this event. However, you should know that Oshlag and the bar Chez Nestor will be at the event the 3 days to offer you cocktails.




DO I HAVE TO BUY THE PASSPORT TO CONSUME THE DISTILLERIES' COCKTAILS ON GIN-GIN THURSDAY?


Not at all! Distillery cocktails are also available individually on Thursday night. However, at this price, it’s the best deal you can make ☺




WILL I RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS I BOUGHT ONLINE DIRECTLY AT HOME?


No, you can retrieve them directly at the event.




CAN I VOLUNTEER AT LA CUVÉE?


Certainly. We love it when our team grows. If you’re interested, it’s right here!




IS THERE ANY PARKING AT THE EVENT?


Unfortunately, there’s no parking at Salon 1861. Though, you can find a parking spot in the neighborhood. Also, La Cuvée is not at a walkable distance from George-Vanier and Lucien L’allier metro stations.




WILL THERE BE AN ATM MACHINE ON SITE?


Yes, there will even be ATM’s on site.




IS THERE A PLACE WHERE I CAN FIND MY LOST THINGS?


All lost items will be brought to the coat check at the entrance. Please note that La Cuvée is not responsible for the loss, breakage or theft of your items.




I DON’T HAVE A BABYSITTER, BUT I REALLY WANT TO ATTEMPT YOUR EVENT, CAN I BRING MY CHILD?


Accompanied babies and children will be accepted. However, during the night, the place could get noisy so it might not be the best venue for children. Also, please note, that there’s no babysitting facilities at the event.




IS THERE ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY?


Yes. There is facility for people with limited mobility, such as a ramp.
